No. You cannot force plants to flower in 10 days. Normal flowering time is at least 6 weeks. Most plants flower in 8-9 weeks.
Find good heavy duty boxes. Tape all seams and line the bottom with plastic to avoid getting the cardboard box wet. Box plants up and move them along with your personal belongings to your new home. Outdoor plants can be dug up and potted but it will be very traumatic. Try to keep the root ball intact and use as big of pots as possible. Indoor plants in pots can be placed in boxes and moved. If they are too tall for the boxes you use, the branches can be bent to fit inside. If branches are brittle and fold over, they can be fixed with a splint and wire ties or duct tape.

Set up your new grow room as soon as possible so that you can get your babies out and growing. They will be traumatized from the move and will need plenty of tender loving care. Give them a mild dose of fertilizer and any product that contains Vitamin Bl. Also make sure the soil stays moist.
